Cancellation Policy

At Church in Miniature, we want your shopping experience to be as simple and transparent as possible. Because some products offered through our website may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or purchased through external websites, cancellation procedures can vary depending on how and where your order was placed.

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be canceled and what happens after a cancellation request is submitted.

1. Orders Placed Directly Through Church in Miniature

If you place an order directly through the Church in Miniature website, you may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests received before the order has been processed or submitted to a third-party supplier for fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or submitted to a supplier for fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may instead be able to use our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the applicable return requirements.

2. Requesting a Cancellation

To request cancellation of an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

      • Your name

      • Order number

      • Email address used for the order

      • The item(s) you want to cancel – Including description and SKU at a minimum

      • The reason for the cancellation request

    Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

    We will review the status of your order and let you know whether cancellation is possible.

    3. Orders Fulfilled by Third-Party Suppliers

    Some products available through Church in Miniature may be fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party suppliers.

    When an order has already been transmitted to a supplier, the supplier may have begun processing or preparing the order for shipment. At that point, we may be unable to stop or cancel the order.

    If the supplier does not permit cancellation after processing has begun, the order will generally need to be handled under the applicable return policy.

    Additional supplier-specific restrictions may apply.

    4. Orders That Have Already Shipped

    Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled.

    If you no longer want an item after it has shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to determine whether the item qualifies for a return.

    You will be responsible for return shipping costs when returns are made for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong product. If you know what product you want to purchase you will have to place a new order. Exchanges are not allowed.

    5. Digital Products

    If Church in Miniature offers digital products, downloads, or other electronically delivered products, cancellation rights may differ depending on whether the product has already been delivered or accessed.

    Any applicable digital-product cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in the applicable product description.

    6. Affiliate and External Website Purchases

    Church in Miniature may provide links to products, services, or resources offered by other companies.

    If you click an affiliate or other external link and complete your purchase on another company’s website, the purchase is made directly with that company, not with Church in Miniature.

    In those situations, Church in Miniature cannot cancel the order on your behalf.

    You must contact the company from which you purchased the product or service and follow that company’s cancellation, return, refund, and customer-service policies.

    The policies of the external company will control that transaction.

    7. Subscription or Recurring Services

    If Church in Miniature offers subscriptions, memberships, recurring services, or other automatically renewing products in the future, the applicable cancellation terms will be provided during the signup or checkout process.

    Canceling a recurring subscription generally prevents future charges but may not automatically result in a refund for a payment that has already been processed.

    Any applicable subscription-specific terms will take precedence over this general Cancellation Policy.

    8. Cancellation Before Payment Is Completed

    If an order has not successfully completed payment, it may not be considered a completed order.

    Items placed in a shopping cart or left during checkout are not necessarily reserved and may become unavailable before the purchase is completed.

    9. Refunds Following an Approved Cancellation

    If we approve a cancellation before the order has been processed, any eligible refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

    The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit-card company, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider.

    Church in Miniature does not control the processing time of your financial institution.

    10. Cancellation Requests After Processing

    Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

    If we cannot cancel the order, we will explain the available options, which will include waiting for delivery and requesting a return if the product qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.

    11. Changes to This Policy

    Church in Miniature may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time as our website, products, suppliers, payment methods, and services change.

    The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
