Shipping Policy

At Church in Miniature, we want our shipping practices to be clear and easy to understand.

Products available through our website may be purchased and fulfilled in different ways. Some products are shipped directly by Church in Miniature, some are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, some are made to order through print-on-demand providers such as Printful, and some products are offered through affiliate links that direct customers to another company’s website.

This Shipping Policy applies only to products purchased directly through Church in Miniature.

Products purchased through an affiliate link are subject to the shipping policies and charges of the company from which the customer completes the purchase.

1. Shipping Area

Church in Miniature currently ships direct orders only within the lower 48 states in the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping for products purchased directly through Church in Miniature.

Certain suppliers or fulfillment providers may have additional geographic shipping restrictions.

Affiliate products are not subject to this limitation because those purchases are completed directly through the outside company’s website and are governed by that company’s shipping policies.

2. Standard Shipping Rates

For eligible products purchased directly through Church in Miniature, our standard shipping rates are generally based on the eligible merchandise subtotal of the order. 

Shipping is calculated based on the eligible merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping charges.

Discounts, coupons, promotional credits, excluded products, or other adjustments may affect the amount used to determine the applicable shipping tier.

The shipping amount displayed at checkout is the amount applicable to the order unless a product-specific or supplier-specific shipping charge is clearly disclosed before purchase.

3. Free Shipping

Eligible direct orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more generally qualify for free standard shipping within the lower 48 United States.

Free shipping may not apply to every product.

Certain products may be excluded because of:

• Supplier requirements
• Oversized dimensions
• Excessive weight
• Special handling
• Freight requirements
• Product-specific shipping rules
• Made-to-order fulfillment requirements
• Other shipping limitations

If a product does not qualify for standard free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout when possible.

Affiliate purchases do not qualify toward Church in Miniature’s $200 free-shipping threshold because those purchases are completed with another company.

4. Supplier-Fulfilled Direct to Consumer Products

Some products purchased directly through Church in Miniature are shipped directly to the customer by a third-party supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or fulfillment provider.

Shipping for these products may be subject to the terms and requirements of the applicable supplier.

Depending on the product or supplier, this may affect:

• Shipping charges
• Free-shipping eligibility
• Processing time
• Shipping method
• Delivery estimates
• Geographic restrictions
• Tracking availability
• Packaging
• Carrier selection

When a supplier-specific shipping charge or requirement differs from our standard shipping schedule, the applicable terms displayed for that product or during checkout will control.

A direct-to-consumer product may therefore have a shipping charge or shipping arrangement different from the standard rates listed in this policy.

Anticipated processing times will be 3-5 business days with an additional 4-7 day’s shipping. Standard Shipping is the only available option at this time. Orders must be placed and received by 3pm EST. Any orders after that will be processed on the next business day. 

5. Church in Miniature–Fulfilled Products

Products stocked and shipped directly by Church in Miniature generally follow the standard shipping-rate schedule listed above. Similar to direct-to-consumer items above the anticipated processing times will be 3-5 business days with an additional 4-7 day’s shipping. Standard Shipping is the only available option at this time. Orders must be placed and received by 3pm EST. Any orders after that will be processed on the next business day. 

6. Printful and Made-to-Order Products

Certain Church in Miniature products, including apparel, bags, accessories, and other merchandise, may be produced specifically after an order is placed.

These products may be fulfilled through Printful or another print-on-demand provider.

Made-to-order products require production time before shipment.

The fulfillment process may include:

Order Received → Production → Fulfillment → Shipment → Delivery

Production time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Because these products are produced individually, processing and shipping times may differ from products stocked and shipped directly by Church in Miniature.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. 

Orders must be placed and received by 3pm EST. Any orders after that will be processed on the next business day. 

Certain made to order products particularly Icon Pieces may take 2-4 weeks to produce as they are made to order

7. Orders Containing Different Product Types

A single Church in Miniature order may contain products fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, an order may arrive in:

• Multiple packages
• Separate shipments
• Different delivery dates
• Different carriers
• Different tracking numbers

You should not assume an item is missing simply because another part of your order arrives first. However, in the event you feel an item is missing please contact us at orders@churchinminiature.com. Please ensure provide your order number in the subject line of the email. 

8. Affiliate Products

Some products displayed on Church in Miniature may direct you to another company’s website through an affiliate link.

When you complete your purchase on the outside company’s website:

• That company processes your order
• That company determines shipping charges
• That company determines free-shipping eligibility
• That company selects the shipping carrier
• That company determines processing and delivery times
• That company’s lost-package and damaged-package procedures apply

Church in Miniature does not collect shipping charges or control fulfillment for affiliate purchases.

Please contact the company from which you completed the purchase for questions involving shipping, tracking, delivery, returns, or missing packages.

9. Processing and Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically identified.

Shipping time may be affected by:

• Supplier processing
• Production time
• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Holidays
• Inventory availability
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect addresses
• High shipping volumes
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Tracking

For all orders except affiliate products and order number will be provided. Tracking numbers will not be available until a tracking label has been created. At the time of the order, please ensure to provide your email. In the event that an email is not provided or is incorrect, we will not be able to provide the tracking.

Orders containing products from multiple suppliers or fulfillment locations may receive multiple tracking numbers.

11. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an error, please contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has:

• Entered supplier fulfillment
• Entered production
• Been processed for shipment
• Been shipped

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping or reshipping charges when a delivery problem results from an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

12. Missing Items

If an item is missing from a direct Church in Miniature order, please contact us within 5 calendar days of the marked delivery date.

Before reporting an item as missing, please verify whether the order was divided into multiple shipments. When reporting a missing item please ensure to provide us with your Order number, Product information, Tracking information any other relevant details

Eligible claims may result in replacement, reshipment, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

13. Damaged Shipments

If a product purchased directly through Church in Miniature arrives damaged, please report the issue within 5 calendar days of delivery. When contacting us via email we will request the following information: photo of damaged item, photo of shipping box, internal packaging if available, and shipping label. 

We may request photographs of:

• The damaged item
• Shipping box
• Internal packaging
• Shipping label

Please retain the product and packaging until we provide instructions. Do not return a damaged product unless we authorize the return. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional information.

14. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

• Around the delivery location
• With household members
• With neighbors when appropriate
• With your building office or mailroom
• With the carrier

If the package still cannot be located, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help review the shipment, but a carrier-confirmed delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

15. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order. If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned because of an address problem or another issue caused by the customer, additional charges may apply.

These may include:

• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping
• Reshipping charges
• Supplier fees

Any refund will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

17. Shipping Delays

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Church in Miniature is not responsible for unavoidable delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Carrier disruptions
• Supplier delays
• Manufacturing delays
• Natural disasters
• Transportation interruptions
• Holidays
• Government actions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

A delay alone does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

18. International Shipping

Church in Miniature currently ships direct orders only within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available for products purchased directly through our website.

Affiliate companies may independently offer international shipping. Any such shipping is governed entirely by the outside company’s policies.

19. Changes to Shipping Rates

Church in Miniature may change shipping rates, shipping thresholds, carriers, fulfillment methods, or shipping eligibility as our supplier relationships and carrier costs change. The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout before a direct order is submitted. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are aware of the stated shipping charges before submitting an order for payment. 

Changes to shipping rates will not normally affect an order that has already been completed.
